I was disappointed with my last recurring order. One of the products was backlogged, I understand that you called and asked to delay the shipping of the order, but the explaining was off and doesn’t make sense..
I was asked to wait for the product to arrive,, which I would to save shipping cost for you, but asking me to wait for one month!? My next recurring order would have applied by then. Common sense please.
