I bought a VidaXL lounge group from one of there sellers Uwingo at Amazon and got two weeks of hell
The product is good but there sellers are absolutely horrible
After two weeks with hellish nightmare Amazon finally fixed the problem and I got a refund
The problem was that the package was missing a seat cushion and the seller couldn't send me a new seat cushion instead they told me they would send a completely new lounge group
I contacted VidaXL to ask if they could sell me a seat cushion but there respons was that they don't have a seat cushion
So the conclusion is that VidaXL sells products but don't have spare parts for the products
So the two stars are only because VidaXL have stupid sellers and they don't help customers with spare parts
