One of the the Vileda Magic Mop 3 Action refills I received sprung out of the red holder when I was using it for the first timeand it is IMPOSSIBLE to squeeze it back in. This means that the magic mop can't be squeezed out. Fortunately I bought 4 replacements and I was able to use one of the others, but I will want a replacement mop refill because I have one that I simply cannot use
