I had been trying for a long time to replenish my dwindling supply of Vileda Style dishcloths from local hardware shops, with no success. I rang the Vileda Customer Careline and was dismayed to learn that for some inexplicable reason these cloths had been discontinued but told that I may be able to obtain some from the online shop. I was so pleased that I was able to do this - but cannot understand why such an excellent product should now be unobtainable via shops as the Vileda Style cloth is the best on the market. Please don't discontinue it altogether !
