Ordered an item, it never arrived and the seller didn't respond to messages. I left an honest (negative) review, which she replied to and lied, saying that the item had been delivered (it hadn't even been posted, and Vinted refunded me / auto cancelled the order due to this). I edited my review in response to her lie. A week later, and Vinted have blocked me, with no explanation as to why, or if it's temporary or permanent. Seems as though innocent parties get punished on this site, whereas blatant liars / scammers are allowed to get away with it. Will delete my account but would really, really like to hear their reasoning, first!
