This company is a joke. I put on a few private sales, but within an hour they had banned my account for fraud. No questions, no human decisions here, just some stupid algorithm that thought I'd done something wrong. I appealed, they made some pathetic half attempt at an apology and reinstated my account and items. Then within hour I was blocked for the exact same think. Absolute joke. Will never use again.

Sent a ceramic plate. Wrapped in bubble, placed in a strong box and padded with extra bubble and paper. Sent with Evri and arrived in a black plastic bag unsurprisingly broken. Supplied photos of item in packing process and Vinted sided with buyer. DO NOT USE VINTED

My biggest issue is getting my funds out... Just completed a sale and now I have to wait 7 days for my balance to go to my bank account!!! That is ridiculous. Added to this, my only sale went pretty bad too, I have no choice on courier, there is proven damage due to lack of care, yet I need to do something to resolve it out of my pocket!! I can honestly say I will NEVER use vinted to sell on again.

Okay for selling, not really for buying. The problem being is that Vinted don't appear to monitor photos that are uploaded. About 60% of items state they are good or very good and are in fact only fit for the recycling bag; maybe some for a charity shop. I guess if people are prepared to pay for a jumper that has holes and is out of shape, that's up to them, but when a seller advertises said jumper as 'very good' or 'good', it's a tad misleading. Whilst I appreciate you can only see so much from a photo, I don't think it's right that Vinted don't put more strict guidelines in place.

Horrible customer service , no existing. I have been missing my parcel I have ordered. Paid for buyer protection fee and they even bother to try to help out to solve this matter. They have lost my parcel , but because it was marked as delivered by the driver therefore they said it was delivered. I have shown them so many profs that it hasn’t been delivered and they do not take any responsibility for that. So now I’m at lost as I have no parcel and no money. Customer service is a joke , no specific information , no conversation , no willingness to help at all.

Seemingly no customer service beyond automated bots. I bought a couple of items on Vinted and deceived to sell an item. The item was 'automatically' flagged as possibly not authentic (It is and its from a high street brand nobody is faking due to the low value). My account was instantly banned and two sales of Items I had bought also cancelled with me having no way to complete. You can appeal this and I did. This was three weeks ago. I had to upload new images of the item (within 24 hours) which I did and now two weeks on not one single reply. I contacted legal at vinted which is the only contact email I could find, this is also replied to via bots and it just says I should wait longer. I would not sell on this platform anyway based on the lack of customer support but I would like to be able to access the site to get the two items I had bought. However there seems to be no way to contact anyone who isn't automated and no way to get any kind of actual customer help.

Poor Customer service , the item was damaged from transit and they didn’t respond at all. I wrap it nicely with unlit and waterproof bag but my customer received it all broken and damaged.I requested for refund But There’s almost no costumer support. Wouldn’t recommend this platform

The buyer claimed the item was damaged without providing any photo evidence. The disc was fully functional, and the packaging was carefully done. Sellers should be aware that this buyer’s claims may be false or misleading, and caution is strongly advised when dealing with them.

The shipment to a buyer went into a fumble with royal mail. Long short the parcel did arrive successfully at buyer. But as this took longer than anticipated Vinted is not providing the support for a payout of 25£ As an active user a very disappointing experience, even more as everybody pays extra ‘service fees’ to Vinted for a ‘covered service’ for the selling and buying party… not so much

I bought an item 3 weeks ago, but it didn't match the description and was also damaged. I returned the item, but Vinted said my money couldn't be refunded because it was still under investigation. I'm so frustrated. Please don't use this platform anymore !!!

I ordered an item on the 4th of August and I am still waiting for it to arrive 14 days later. According to the “Inpost” app and their customer services the parcel was returned to the seller as there were no lockers available for the courier to drop the parcel in. I have attempted contacting Vinted customer services, but after an initial response, they are no longer responding to any messages. The seller has also stopped responding my messages

Sold an item, buyer received it and sent 1 photo of small damage to the cover. Vinted do not give you the option to dispute only either to refund or offer a discount. My pictures showed no damage when sent. Anyway I accepted a return. Received the item back and it was all ripped broken now unsellable. Vinted were no help and refunded the buyer even with pictures as proof!! Avoid using Vinted

Era una buena app pero sacaron la mejor parte que era "similar items". La app era famosa por tener esa opción. Realmente sacarla deja en claro que no quieren lo mejor para el comprador. Espero que haya una reflexion sobre eso
