No customer service they don’t read any reports of problems you may have just send generic replies. Had items removed as claimed were violation even though I explained they were my photos but I had same items listed on eBay & Etsy, their reply did not relate to problem at all. Why are we all putting up with no customer service at all from these companies eBay, Etsy Amazon all the same - making millions from us but don’t feel have to offer us any customer service and like idiots we all still use them and accept it.

Beware, I bought a item, sold as excellent condition, it arrived and was not excellent condition and actually doesn't work. I paid for delivery and apparently I now have to pay to return it to the woman who sent me a useless item who won't even speak to me!!! Useless eBay I'm sorry please take me back

My account was automatically blocked upon creation, even though nothing violated their terms. Customer support took ages to respond, even after I gave them proof/justification for why I should not be banned, just for them uphold their decision and keep me banned. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Unbelievable ,I can't even say that customer service was poor because it simply doesn't exist, you have a problem on this site you hit brick wall with no help apart from an automatic text message telling you not to contact them again as your blocking up system, crazy!

Vinted recently made changes to limit their postal options. Put simply, this means there are now NO printerless collection options for sellers (previously enabled by a non-integrated Royal Mail system). Zero consideration for those who are disabled or less able to leave the house for whatever reason. A step backwards for inclusivity and accessibility.

Fake goods and VINTED isnt bothered!!! people are selling fake goods, minted are then advised and take no action leaving the seller to stay on the platform selling fake items and the buyer is left out of pocket, very poor and no proper protection for buyers!!!

Minha experiência com a Vinted começou de forma excelente, mas infelizmente, acabou se tornando extremamente decepcionante. Recentemente, tive a minha conta bloqueada de forma injusta, sem que a plataforma tenha sequer ouvido a minha versão dos fatos. A Vinted tomou uma decisão unilateral, favorecendo outro utilizador que claramente agiu de má-fé. O mais frustrante é que, mesmo após várias tentativas de explicar a situação e provar que sempre agi de forma respeitosa, a Vinted ignorou completamente os meus argumentos e manteve a decisão. Fica claro que eles escolhem quem querem favorecer, sem dar oportunidade de defesa adequada aos utilizadores injustamente acusados. O que começou como uma ótima experiência de compra e venda acabou se transformando em uma situação de grande frustração, onde a falta de imparcialidade e justiça por parte da Vinted se torna evidente. Não recomendo a plataforma para quem valoriza um tratamento justo.

I returned a damaged Belstaff jacket to the seller using the label that Vinted sent me and still waiting over 5 weeks for the refund. What a useless service.

All my items have just vanished. I cannot access my account. I’ve been using Vinted for several years. EBay are now charging nothing for selling clothes. I might need to put all my goods on there. Very disappointed. I cannot contact them to resolve.

While they promote good values, they don’t live up to their promise. Give sellers and buyers extreme limits to offend and personally attack each other without interventions, claiming that ‘it falls within their acceptable limits’! Terrible customer service. Never showed me their promise of “We Care”. Very disappointed and have deleted my account.

Beware. Will rip the buyer off on unnecessary fees that will NOT protect you. Customer Service is the worst ever. Very robotic generic answers. It's a sellers world. You will never get a refund & they have the cheek to expect you as the buyer to return faulty/ damaged items. Will find every loophole to not refund you. The way they word their help section is to make it impossible to ask about a topic that's not in their option choices. Needs fine tuning. The app is full of errors bugs & glitches. Really bad platform that needs better monitoring. Shame on you Vinted you really don't care about users. The tone of their replies is a disgrace. They haven't got a clue what customer care is. I feel embarrassed for whoever runs Vinted.

I joined this site today, and after listing a Rupert the bear hand puppet, a Star Wars children's BB8 sweatshirt and a David Luke children's base layer, within 30 minutes the autobot that runs Vinted, decided that it had detected fraudulent activity and banned me for life. If you are going to ban a customer at least have the professionalism to get a human to make that decision and not A1. Unable to find out why. Communication with Vinted almost impossible. Contemptible!

I sold an item...it was packaged perfectly in a box with packing tape. The buyer collected the parcel then claims that the box was empty. Vinted will not let me make a claim with the postage carrier and have taken my money. The seller is apparently posting the empty box back to me. I'm fuming. Zero customer service. I have photos of the items and the box but just get a ridiculous bot script back: "Thanks for your response. Sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with our proposed solution. Please note that we’re obliged to follow our established processes in such situations, and, as mentioned previously, we’re unable to offer any other alternative, a refund, or compensation. Unfortunately, this has to be our final decision. If you have questions or concerns regarding a different matter, please open a new inquiry, and we’ll help you out. Thank you for understanding." What an absolute joke.

Een verkoper heeft mij een overduigelijk neppe polo verkocht alsof die van Lacoste was. Ik heb met foto’s het bewijs daarvan aangedragen. Ik heb het ook toegelicht: “Besides the polo is not a real Lacoste: 1. The buttons should have only 2 holes, but this shirt has 4 in each button; 2. The crocodile logo incorrectly lines up with the bottom shirt slit; 3. The polo is not “designed which sizes in numbers”: Fake Lacoste polos are only sized with S/M/L rather than with numbers. Lacoste polos are designed in France, which sizes in numbers—so, look for a red number like “4” above the crocodile (or any number between 2 and 9). Nowadays, Lacoste also includes US sizes on some of their tags; however, they’ll always included the European sizing, too. If S/M/L is the only size indicator, the shirt is likely a fake: This shirt doesn’t indicate ANY size (!); 4. The washing instructions aren’t on the tag inside the shirt; 5. The official logo features a deep, dark green crocodile with noticeable teeth and claws. When it comes to the croc’s mouth, the top jaw is slightly smaller and angled upwards from the lower jaw. The inside of the croc’s mouth is shaded red, and the teeth are clearly stitched along both sides of the jaw. This shirt has a logo with no claws at all (!). 6. NEW GROUND: I only notices now that the holes for the buttons on this polo are vertically shaped, while a real Lacoste polo has horizontally shaped holes. 7. NEW GROUND: I only notices now that all polos from Lacost have a ‘side label’ with washing prescription/ information that is on the left side in the left stitching. Even if this label would have been cut out, there would have still be some remains of it visually. In this fake polo however, there is NO side label with washing/ laundry information and it clearly never has been there either. I made pictures of both the side stiches. I Will send you (again and more) detailed photo’s about all the parts of the polo that you asked: • Close-up pictures of the item’s details (logo patch or logo embroidery, engravings, stitching, zippers, buttons); • Pictures of the item’s information (labels on the neckline/waistline, care tags, size labels, serial numbers) • High-quality pictures, taken in good lighting and from different angles Besides that, the advertisement only noticed some small stains at the FRONT of the polo, but there are mainly stains on the BACK of the polo, that wasn’t on the pictures in the advertisement.” Volgens de algemene voorwaarden van Vinted (artikel 14) moet in dat geval de koper het geld terugkrijgen zónder te hoeven betalen voor de verzendkosten. If you claim an Item is a SNAD counterfeit within the Refund Request Period, we’ll investigate the issue and reach out to you and the Seller and obtain information from both sides in order to make an objective decision. • If the Item’s authenticity is not doubted, then we’ll complete the Transaction and release the money in Escrow to the Seller. • If there's not enough information for us to determine whether the Item is a SNAD counterfeit or not, then we’ll deem the case as ambiguous and cancel the Transaction, refund you as described in the table below and require you to return the Item to the Seller and pay for return shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed with the Seller). • If there’s strong evidence the Item is a SNAD counterfeit, then we’ll notify the Seller. They’ll have 24 hours to provide us with evidence that the Item is authentic. If they can’t or don’t provide this, we’ll cancel the Transaction and you won’t need to return the Item to the Seller in order to get a refund as described in the table below. Please solve this according to your own rules, notices on: https://www.vinted.nl/terms-and-conditions” De verkoper krijgt dus op mijn kosten de valse Polo weer terug, zodat een ander opnieuw kan worden opgelicht OP MIJN KOSTEN! Schaam je Diep, Vinted! Ieder geloofwaardigheid van bescherming is weg! Het is dat geen 0 sterren zijn te geven, maar eigenlijk is 1 ster véél en véél te veel voor deze schandalige behandeling!

I bought a bag, it was significantly nit as described, I requested a return and asked the seller to cover the return postal costs, as it was their error, they did not respond to my messages. I had to pay to return, leaving me out of pocket, for something which was not my fault. I am not able to leave feedback for the seller as if the item is returned reviewing is not allowed. So sellers are getting away with scamming people. Vinted are misleading buyers with their buyer protection fees. Customer service won’t help or resolve. I’m raising a competing with them. How can they get away with not complying with the consumer protection act is beyond me.

I shipped my parcel to the shop and in the vinted system it showed as received by the shop but my parcel went missing afterwards n vinted didn't pay anything and rather have me negative review on their site! Pathetic!

I am having major communication problems with Vinted. There is simply no way of speaking to an individual. The best you get is a BOT. This is no way for a respectable company to do business, constantly hiding behind smoke and mirrors. I have done some research now and discovered the details of some of the characters behind their UK operations, including the lawyers Taylor Wessing. I do think that a phone helpline should be available at very least and I am hoping that this very social media savvy company reads social media/review feeds and realises that I, at least, am now on to them and reaching out to their top people to get our case resolved. In brief, we have been subject to fraud which has been facilitated by Vinted - they are party to it - and they are showing little concern or inclination to help. I will leave no stone unturned and will get to the very top to get this resolved. “Reputation, Reputation, Reputation” . I hope that Vinted follows the various social media platforms that I am now resorting to and responds now. They received a pre-action letter from me at 11.14 on Thursday 3 October which they signed for and have received at their lawyer’s office so they know who I am. Let’s see!

The app isn’t very user friendly and there’s zero customer service support if there’s an issue. It’s all automated services. Also some of the people signed up to it are conning people and wasting people’s time pretending to buy items. The app is majorly flawed and needs putting in the bin
