MASSIVE FAILURE TO PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I agreed to buy an item and then i realised the item wasnt right for me. I hadn't received the item so contacted the seller + vinted + inpost to confirm this.
I assumed that would be it amd the item would get cancelled or at the worst i could return it back especially as the seller indicated this was an option in earlier conversation BIG MISTAKE.
I received no contact from the seller until 1.43am where they proceeded to send me a number of EXTREMELY threatening and abusive messages. The messages have continued onto the next day where i am being threatened with violence to myself and my property.
The seller has sent so many messages that i have reported this to Vinted who have basically brushed it under the rug and said just block the seller but only when the transaction has been completed/returned.
What kind of advice is that? I am being abused and threatened with violence repeatedly with vile comments being made and all vinted care about is the flipping transaction? Vinted should be ashamed of themselves.
I would have expected the seller to be contacted/warned or even the threat of further action legally or via the police but none of the above.
Seeing as the seller knows my address and is making very serious threats to visit my property i think this needs to be taken alot further.
Happy for Vinted to reply to this review and see what they have to say but i doubt they will.
