This is literally the worst online marketplace ever!. They support and assist scam artists - please please use EBay instead as you will be able to actually speak to someone when something goes wrong. I have been selling on eBay and Vestiare for a long time and never had any problems as a buyer or seller.. 2nd purchase on Vinted and having to take my matter to a small claims court.
