primarily tried to adopt Vinted due to a seemingly more flexible shipment process, when selling larger than normal products (bicycle), than Wallapop. However:
1. On first attempt to execute after customer paid I never received any shipping details and was simply advised by customer support to cancel and redo. Which I did:
2. On second attempt I finally received the shipping labels via the standard process and submitted pick up preference and details via same process on the platform. However, the provider never showed up in the agreed time frame and even worse - customer support refused to assume responsibility and address the issue and instead advised me to fix it myself by calling the shipment company!
It just seems that Vinted needs to better realize, who is the client that drives their eventual business and ensure that there is ownership of the service and the e2e process, not just platform technology...this is secondary to their clients.
