Absolutely ridiculous. Opened an account. Started to advertise genuine items that I no longer wanted. 4 items later, I had a notification saying that my account was blocked for suspicious activity. Apparently I didn’t meet their guidelines even tho every item was genuine and showed clear pictures showing labels etc. Staff unhelpful and refused to do anything. Contacted them requesting to delete my account. If they’re reading this, you really need to get your act together. Employ the right sort of people and not kids who clearly don’t know what they’re doing! Can’t be doing with this kind of rubbish. I will revert back to ebay where I deal with professional people and not amateurs. Would not recommend Vinted.
