Disgusting customer service from vinted.co.uk - you pay a 'buyer protection fee' but get zero service. If you return goods, at your expensive even if not described properly, you have to wait for the seller to confirm the goods are returned in proper order which can take up to 15 days! The seller is already dodgy because they lied about they goods they sold, I had to pay to return them but have to wait 15 days for my refund, that is IF the seller agrees to it! What kind of dodgy company is this? I have reported them to trading standards and consumer advice.
