Beyond dire, awful procedures, customer services refuse to help in any way and won't budge on anything. Parcel was lost by courier, courier confirmed this to vinted but vinted still refused to provide a refund until I wait 15 working days despite clear evidence that the parcel will not and cannot reach me.
This also means that once 15 days is up I have two days to raise this issue again to get a refund or the seller will be paid in full, this has a lot of room for error and misuse.
I also realised that this loophole is related to a scam that I have unfortunately fallen into buying an expensive Xbox console from a seller with no feedback, I'm unsure what they have sent but it's mysteriously gone missing. Personally I think vinted have identified this scam and halted the parcel but will not acknowledge it, I've even pointed out the numerous listings that are clearly identical scams and they still refuse to acknowledge it.
Vinted refuse to connect me to a manager, will not acknowledge that I've made a complaint and also ignore all of my questions and complaint points bringing into question their policies and procedures that arnt fit for purpose.
Even when I questioned why they are ignoring my concerns they just repeat the same rubbish about waiting 15 working days.
