Delivery driver for vinted dumped my parcel in a public lobby where 100s of people walk through daily. I live in secure area accessed through intercom, they didn't bother to bring my purchase and actually deliver it. I was out for day but daughter at home so was waiting in. Instead just dumped it where it got stolen.
Vinted said parcel delivered as photo of it dumped in lobby and wouldn't refund instead of charging there incompetent driver. Argued and now they ignore me. Disgusted by this company.
