I recently decided to give Vinted a try in hopes of selling my Xbox without having to deal with exorbitant fees. However, my experience with the platform quickly turned sour. After creating a post to sell my item, I was abruptly blocked permanently from the platform without any explanation.
Attempting to rectify the situation, I reached out to customer service for clarification and to appeal the ban. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory. Not only did they fail to provide a valid reason for my ban, but they also claimed it was my second offense on the platform, which is absurd considering I had only downloaded the app for the first time a week prior.
Overall, my experience with Vinted has been incredibly disappointing. The unjustified ban and lack of transparency from customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the platform. I would caution others against using Vinted for their selling needs until they address these issues and improve their customer service practices.
