I bought some shoes which never arrived and filled out the denial of receipt form and sent it back within the 48 hours. Because I used my work email address ( as I had to edit the PDF file and couldn't do it on my mobile) they closed the request and won't refund me my money.
I tried to dispute this and they wouldn't allow it telling me to have a nice day. I copied in the original email and referenced both my account name and the order number but the reason they gave was because I replied with a different email address.
I am closing my account with them and using other selling/ buying sites. I am a regular customer both buyer and seller but this company is a joke
