Poor customer resolution when package was delivered when I was out. Raised a case, signed the disclaimer, a few days later advised my claim had been declined and the money realeased to seller, who had not done anything wrong, my claim was against Yodel.
Few days after signing the disclaimer I was informed as Yodel said the package had been delivered they sided with them and I would not get a refund. I completed all due diligence checking all out of site places where the package could have been left ( yodel did not put a card through my door) which I now suspect the package could have been left on my doorstep. And checked all my neighbours who were not asked to take the package n my behalf. Customer service ( if I can even associate them as offering a service) sided with Yodel purely on my packe as been ticked off as delivered as he is probably targeted on percentage of packages been classed as delivered. So I am out of pocket and no trainers to show for it. The mandatory buyers protection fee they charge is useless in cases like this.
I emailed The founder Justas Januskas on the 11th July, still no response from them.
They might as well forget about offering post sale customer service as they are so black and white, and leaving goods outside properties in full view of passing public is a safe delivery method personally I would say my package had been dropped off not delivered into my possession.
I doubt very much any senior manager/ owner would even bother to respond to this feedback, as they are in their counting houses counting all mandatory charges they enforce buyers and sellers which are useless when things go wrong.
