The worst customer service I've ever witnessed and its consistently bad across the board. It's actually impressive how bad it is.
I've contacted multiple people and had the same response, every single time.
I bought an item and the seller used the wrong address that was in no way related to me, and because they were delivered (to a complete wrong address) Vinted have closed the case in favour of the buyer even though I've explained to them and shown proof multiple times that they didn't send them to my address. It would have genuinely took someone even remotely competent 60 seconds to figure out that the address was completely wrong, unfortunately, it seems that they don't have anyone competent working for them.
I actually reworded the sentence explaining that they sent them to the wrong address six times in one email and they still completely ignored the fact they were sent to the wrong address and said they were delivered so they couldn't help.
So, if anyone wants free money, just sell something on Vinted and as long as the item arrives at any address and the tracking shows as delivered, you can keep the money. It doesn't matter what address, or what you send.
