I bought a bag, it was significantly nit as described, I requested a return and asked the seller to cover the return postal costs, as it was their error, they did not respond to my messages.
I had to pay to return, leaving me out of pocket, for something which was not my fault.
I am not able to leave feedback for the seller as if the item is returned reviewing is not allowed.
So sellers are getting away with scamming people.
Vinted are misleading buyers with their buyer protection fees.
Customer service won’t help or resolve.
I’m raising a competing with them.
How can they get away with not complying with the consumer protection act is beyond me.
