I sold an item...it was packaged perfectly in a box with packing tape. The buyer collected the parcel then claims that the box was empty. Vinted will not let me make a claim with the postage carrier and have taken my money. The seller is apparently posting the empty box back to me. I'm fuming. Zero customer service. I have photos of the items and the box but just get a ridiculous bot script back:
