For the most part i have been more than happy dealing with Vinted but once you hit a hurdle then the problems begin. I received a parcel from seller that was NSAD so got in touch with them,they apologised and offered to refund. This is where Customer Services were requested to step in and help but what did they do, they ignored all requests and completed transaction. After numerous requests, i was told what most people have reported, they then messaged me to say that i need to remove dispute or I'll get blocked as i should have contacted Customer Services. I then wrote and asked for more information regarding blocking my account as i would need to cancel all my outstanding transactions immediately as no point in having them if i can't see them etc. I was then told decision was final and to contact Customer Services. 'WHAT A JOKE". Take away Customer Services and this would be a good platform as majority of transactions run smoothly with genuine buyers/sellers.
What do you pay Buyer Protection for and what is "Cusomer Services??!!" Someone needs to either take control or give better training as this lot don't seem to know how to read or communicate and will/can only follow a script and do not look at individual cases. If you ever have an issue as a buyer or seller "BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICES"!!!
