I guess they have not qualified personnel in their support service, although your payment always includes „buyer protection” fee. I had an issue with the purchase, sent the request message to the support and then got the first message requesting the proof of the damaged goods during 48 hours, and in a minute I got another one saying that the request is completed and I didn’t upload the proof during 48 hours 🤯 But I got these messages literally one by one at one day! After that the support guy was just ignoring me… I don’t recommend Vinted support service and don’t understand their „buyer protection„ fee.
