Sent a stunning jumper/ item didn’t fit her. She said it didn’t fit and so I said the Vinted policy states she had to sell on…. Vinted refunded her.
Sent a candle- he said it had smashed - I sent pics to show how well I’d packaged up in accordance again to Vinted policy….. Vinted refunded him.
Sent a pair of trainers- she said they didn’t arrive - I said contact courier again according To their policy- Vinted refunded her and she prob has the trainers too.
Do NOT USE- they don’t even follow their own policies!!!
