As a seller on Vinted, I've encountered numerous issues, including items I’ve posted going missing and purchases that never arrived. Despite my status as a “star seller,” the customer service has been frustratingly unhelpful, sticking rigidly to policies that offer no real assistance.
If Vinted wants to retain its sellers, they need to seriously rethink their customer service approach. A more responsive and supportive team would make a significant difference for those of us trying to use the platform effectively.
