Dreadful quality and appalling customer service - first set of shoes fell apart in 2 weeks and because I bought them from a retailer was given a store credit - used the credit and paid an additional amount for another pair of shoes and these were falling apart when I received them!!! Response - you can have a store credit. As if I want to buy another pair of these overpriced, not fit for purpose shoes.
