The customer service was excellent on the phone. I had an email about an offer on cartomisers. I went to the stand and although the staff at the stand are friendly, they couldn't offer the same deal. I stood at the stand and phoned customer service, and got the offer. Makes no sense to me. Something needs to be done to link the stand and head office.
