I have a substantial isa with them. I cannot read the extra-small print correspondence they send me. I have written twice asking for large print as I'd quite like to be able to read what they send. No response and just more small print.
So I'm going to have to move my money to a provider that communicates in a legible format.
Going to be interesting trying to do that with their illegible forms. Absolute clowns with zero concern for customers.
