This establishment is built off of fraud and scamming innocent people who are naive and innocent to invest in the crypto world, it’s a shame that this company couldn’t return my investments even after waiting for a long time, but a colleague of mine introduced me to COVSECLTD*COM and I was surprised at how they were able to recover all of my investments from this scammers

I am a victim, few months ago I made some financial mistakes by investing in this wrong crypto currency broker. Their promises were so real that was why I fell for it, but it did not work out as I thought it would cause it was all a huge scam coming to my realization. It is impossible to speak to a real person outside office hours. I live outside the UK and needed assistance with a transaction - had to wait 12 hours. Their login protections are ridiculously overprotective - had to submit either a password or a OTP six times to allow me to transfer money - and then they stopped the payment without any explanation. Banking is time-sensitive! These people are in the dark ages. I will be closing my account and sending a complaint to the banking ombudsman.

It seems Virgin have no idea what they are doing having being bought and sold and are now incapable of running a bank. I was able to open and account and deposit funds without providing additional ID (presumably because I"m an existing customer). However my account was soon blocked leaving me with no access to my cash. I provided the requested ID, but still have no access to my cash. Getting in touch with them is proving impossible. My complaint to them has gone unanswered after 3 weeks (yet they can respond to a TrustPilot review in less than 12 hours). I was on hold writing this and got cut off yet again. A quick search shows me several people have had similar issues, with the ombudsman getting involved. I cannot believe the lack of concern from them. Ot the lack of follow up. I can't understand how they can legally stop me accessing my own money. Please don't deposit anything with them. I'm reading people have been waiting 3 months to regain access to their cash. This is insane.

SCAMMERS! They stole my money, can you imagine? I can’t even submit a withdrawal request for my deposit. I don’t know what the problem is. They won’t respond to me. I’ve written to them several times, but they never replied. That was how I got scammed.. Never known anything like it. Have to confirm your password at least 6 times just to send money to yourself then they block the transaction for fraud then they don’t release the funds. Phone lines close at 5.

The most awful customer experience ever. 1. Insufficient details on their app and website 2. Do not answer phones 3. Do not answer emails 4. Do not even answer complaints - autoreply and thats it. 5. Do not even think about using this company!!!! My complaint will now be passed to the Financial Ombudsman

Unable to withdraw, I nearly lost $35k to this firm after they promised to let me withdraw. I was never able to withdraw my monies, and I sent multiple emails to support with no response. Unfortunately for this firm, they met their match; I used MADACOVI. CO to handle my case with this company, and to my surprise, they performed an excellent job, and I was able to recover all of my money.

I'm frankly too scared to move my isa elsewhere in case they screw it up. I can't read anything they send me as its in extra-small print. But it's impossible to get through when you call them to ask for large print. Annoyed they closed the virgin lounges without bothering to tell customers, used to be a nice little perk. Annoyed they didn't bother to tell customers they were being bought out by nationwide. Only found out because nationwide informed me as I'm also a nationwide customer

The pain of loosing your hard earned investment is the worst experience ever, When they needed my investment they were all good. But when i needed to withdraw my investments and profits it became an issue and then they asked me to pay for withdrawal, I did and they wanted more and i got frustrated. I was referred by someone to MADACOVI. CO for help, At first i was skeptical on how can it be possible for me to get back my money , But i give it a try and i'm glad that madacovi. co have helped me to get back my investment and profit from this scammers.

I have lost thousands of dollars, more than ninety percent of my grandmother's money, based on this false bank. This revealed to me that virgin money are liars, and I found this out utilizing the Madacovi. CO organization. i got helped from M A D A C O VI. CO and i get my money back from them.

DISGUSTING, Applied for a lost card as I wanted to complete a balance transfer for 3k from Virgin to another company. Now been told that I can't have a new card due to my credit rating which is good all around and I have never missed a payment since 2019 with Virgin. Virgin has also up my credit limit to 13k giving me 10k to spend but my credit rating is bad but refusing me a card to complete the balance transfer is keeping me in debt.

I have requested a transfer from my virgin money ISA to another external financial institution. This has never materialised, my money has gone missing 40k When I phone Virgin It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get though to make contact with Virgin. If I do get through I get the following. 1. Chegue posted to wrong address. 2. Another cheque has been posted. 3. New system is causing backlog. 4. They are looking onto it. 5. Escalated to admin team. This has been 5 months now and no resolution I cannot get my money back and im loosing the energy to keep persuing it. The stress is causing me health issues and family problems that I have expressed with Virgin money, they obviously dont care, I have requested an action plan from Virgin on how they will resolve the stuation but i get no positive response. They promise to call you, and they do, but you cannot answer their return calls as the they are barred numbers, and go straight to your voice message (they will record this as an attempt to contact you)Their call centre will tell you that they have escalated the problem but nothing ever happens, they cannot put you through to the department that they have escalated it to? They cannot be contacted by e mail to record any correspondence. The complaints procedure will take up to 8 weeks for any action (complaint will be acknowledged and they will advise that they will contact you within 4 weeks). Is there any professional that can advise me how to go down a legal route to recover my hard earned money. Why am I begging a large financial institution to get back what is rightfully mine.

Over complicated, if I could get in touch with customer services I would rate them, but it is a myth, try finding a unicorn it will be easier.

One of the worst banks I have dealt… One of the worst banks I have dealt with. The first application was my fault because of a spelling mistake so they replied saying all details had been cancelled and to re apply which I did but towards the end of the 30 min application was refused to carry on as my details were still in the system !, so I called help line and after 30 min passed to different people I was told to try again !!. Did this and the same happened so back on the phone for 50 min and was helped fill info whilst on the phone, next day scam email saying my phone number had changed !! (not even with them yet only info was on there secure website !!!!) I have full protection and did a scan to check. So I called help desk and was told they will put me through to fraud team only to be hung up on TWICE, tried the same today and was put through to the wrong department after 15 min on hold !!! WHAT A SHAMBLES NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY MONEY
