I found this in Google search and reached out to customer support. The lady in the other end was very supportive trying to answer my queries. But when it got tricky, she took my details and said someone will get in touch with me to get through the visa process. Mr. Rahil patni got in touch, from that point it was quite smooth process. He guided me with the entire process and did all process personally to the extent he handled every step one to one till the passport was received from my side to having the visa done and returning the passport and keeping me posted on every stage.
