VERY BAD SERVICE.AS I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS THEY START PROCESSING MY VISA FOR MY CHILD AND AND ASKED ME TO PAY A FEE .BUT THEY COULD NOT GET ME THE DATE OF APPOINTMENT WITH EMBASSY BEFORE MY TRAVEL .THROUGHOUT MY CONVERSTAION I TOLD THEM THAT I HOPE I WOULDNOT BE CHARGED.THEY TOLD ME THE SAME AND AT LAST WHEN I ASKED TO REFUND THE FEE THEY CHARGED ME.I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH THEY GOING TO CHARGE ANYWAY IM GOING FORWARD WITH OMBUDESMAN SERVICE AGAINST THIS CHEATING AGENCY.THEY ARE NOT TRANSPERENT
