I have had a very poor experience with VisaHQ services. After multiple chasing and asking for the status of my application with no action taken at all, I had to cancel the service and it's been 3 weeks now that I didn't get a refund and again chasing them for an update without any indication on when I can expect to get my refund for the service that hasn't been provided to me.
Very disappointing service and unprofessional approach to handling customers and visa support services.
Do not recommend to use at all for your own piece of mind.
