I applied for my visa on 22nd of March I was told the person handling the visa would contact I waited till 27th March until she contacted me I had asked questions regarding what was required and if documents I had were suitable I’ve waited 20 days for a response the service is not acceptable especially if your thinking you need a visa asap like I did really poor service I’m still awaiting now to have a response and I’ve emailed spoke to customer service and tried reaching out via the what’s app I’ve asked for management to contact me but nothing 🙈 be careful using this company it’s not like what they promise online
