Worst customer service ever !!!!! I canceled my request and asked for a refund 2 hrs after i applied , they kept on saying we will get back to you and then issued my visa without my consent and refused to give me my refund!
What is the purpose of customer service if they do not listen to the customer’s request.
On top of that , charges are not reasonable asking for more than triple the price !!! Very disappointing , never dealing with visahq again!
