Despite having submitted all necessary documents in May, there has been no update or indication that any work is being done on my case. The lack of response and assistance is extremely frustrating, and it unfortunately feels like a scam where customers are being taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and responsive agency.
