I started applying for a visa, got to the payment, paid my fee and filled in other details and then my profile or account wouldn’t allow me to go further and finish the application and passport photo upload. I have been in contact with about 5 different agents, including have send over 10 messages and emails to help with my Sri Lankan visa application. No one has helped me out and I keep getting messaged with links to apply for the visa and saying they will forward me to someone to help or i get no messages or replies. I leave in a few days and they have been totally unhelpful. They have stolen my money and I will report them as fraud.
