So far my experience is not good. I have used your service twice before and my experiences then were very good. I have been asked to upload my invitation letter. I purchased this from you. I do not see it available for me to download. I called, was put on hold for some 15 minutes, having explained the problem. When the person came back she did not seem to know what I wanted. When I explained again, she hung up. I need to know what I need to do in order to complete this process.
