The documents needed should be more specific and all requested in advance of a family making a wasted trip to London
The document titled birth certificate/certificate of birth was requested but this certificate was not actually what was needed - the copy of registrar entry was instead.
We paid you to help us do this so we wouldn't need to travel twice and waste 3 childrens day off school and 2 adults days off work.
The second trip was good and handled well by your rep and you returned the passports to us in a timely manner.
