I certainly felt well assisted but there were regular points of uncertainty because the visa form I could complete through VisaHQ did not allow visibility for all the fields in the Nigeria visa application so there were several points where edits had to be made. Requirements for obtaining multiple versus single entry were not clear. I was very pleased to avoid biometric screening and a personal appointment at the Nigerian Consulate and the visa was issued VERY quickly. The Visa HQ staff (Griselle) who eventually took on the role of my liaison was very effective.
