It's a very reliable service for those looking to get a Visa. I would recommend to VisaHQ that when printing out the tracking labels, you should tell the customer that it's just the tracking number and not the completed passport and Visa. This tricked me because I thought it was done and I was very disappointed when I went to FedEx the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't in FedEx's tracking system.
