The user interface is confusing. There are "applicants" and "applications" for example even when logged in as one individual. Also no guidance is given in choosing among the confusing list of options for "purpose of visit". This option is also confused with "visa type". Mis-information about the option for an "electronic visa" is given -- in the FAQ it says in response to the question "do I have to mail my passport to you" that "visas to all countries require the passport to be in our possession". This would be a good place to mention the e-visa option which does NOT require physically mailing ANYTHING to you! Pricing info is hard to find or not available until well into the application process.
Once I was able to figure out that an e-visa was an option for me and how to apply for it, the process was quite fast however, and questions were replied to quickly by email.
