The process of completing the Visa application was clearly spelled out, and though complicated, I had no trouble managing it. from the time I sent the package your folks have kept in touch every step of the way--outstanding, especially given the fact I sent my passport. The passport with the visa was received yesterday, perhaps a total of 10 days in all. Thanks so much for your great service and help.
