I am happy with the clean process and how visahq deals with providing documents and swiftly helping out with issuing visas. My only problem was that I was not kept up to date on a regular basis with regards to my file. The timeline feature on the website was not useful as it was not being updated. (All of it turned green only after I received my Visa). Would have been helpful if it showed the status of my application accurately. Other than this minor hiccup, I am a satisfied customer.
