I uploaded my documents as required, but my application seems stuck in "waiting for documents.". I've send inquiry emails but got no replies. I've phoned and got a "we'll call you back", but no follow up.
This has been a bad experience. If I'd skipped VisaHQ and made the application directly myself, it would all be done by now.
