Lauren at Vision Express in Tesco at Shoreham Holmbush Centre in West Sussex was absolutely delightful, very helpful and extremely efficient. Our little puppy had chewed my husband’s glasses so needed to replace them. Ordered two pairs as second half price. Her advise on frames was very good and clear as I was getting these without my husband and the original frames are no longer available so she helped me get next close best frames. Arrived within 48 hours and are perfect and Lauren also kindly tightened our other two pairs of glasses. Extremely pleasant experience and very quick service. Does not get better than that.
