I had eye test appointment today at Milton Keynes Kingston branch and I’m very disappointed with the customer service, I didn’t feel welcome and I felt like I am being rushed the optometrist didn’t explain to me the results of my eye test and when I asked him questions I didn’t get answers he just said “oh its ok” and that I need to wear glasses! he is not informative at all.. Patient have their rights to information and I didn’t get that, he gave me a prescription which I didn’t even know what it is for exactly! the receptionist was not so helpful either when I said I can’t afford to purchase the glasses right at that moment! I won’t be coming back and I will get my glasses elsewhere. This is the first time I write a review as I feel so disappointed!
