The staff that come up to me didn’t seem to want to help and was quick to say come back later in a way bordering rude. The pandemic should not be an excuse for staff to be less accommodating. Maybe she just didn’t want to be there. I’m sure plenty of people will want to take that role and have a nicer manner.
