I had my first eye test and glasses ordered on 26/10/24 the staff I met that day were fantastic. I have received a message that my glasses are ready for collection, unfortunately after a few days I went back to change the lenses as they were wrong, I have met with a French gentleman he was so helpful and friendly he said that's not a problem and they can change the lenses and they will let me know when they're ready.
Today 19/11/24 I went to pick them up and I have met with a lady I don't know her name, first she took long time to get the glasses from the storage or office however I can see her chatting and laughing with her colleague in the corridor but it was not an issue, however I saw it as unprofessional.
When she gave me the glasses the frame was not the same ones I chooses at the beginning, but she checked on the system and she assured me they're same serial number and she is sure they're the one, obviously she is wrong as the ones I choose were black and the one she gave me is brown and I always hate brown colour, she said with unprofessional manner and careless attitude ((DO YOU WANT THEM OR YOU CAN HAVE REFUND?)) I told her I need my glasses I choose, I need to speak with a manager because I felt she will never help me with this attitude.
She called a gentleman his name Saif, when he checked he found they're different glasses and they make an upgrade for me, I told him I don't need the upgrade glasses I need the ones I choose I don't like this colour, the lady replied ((WHY YOU DON'T NEED THEM THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE)) I said now you are forcing me to buy a glasses I don't like? I don't understand! She is gone without apologizing, she didn't offer to choose another frame, she hasn't offer any type of compensations, Saif did ask me to choose another frame but the situation was bad I couldn't stay more to choose and I will not wait another 1 month to get my very sample reading glasses, so I have asked Saif for refund.
The attitude I had with your team member the lady, was very bad. I don't know the reason it was my first time meeting her, so maybe it is something about the race or colour or religion? Her attitude was insulting and rude. So now I ended up after 1 month waiting for my glasses with nothing! Just with a bad attitude from your staff.
Please can you get back to me with an explanation why she was doing this? You can ask Saif for her name as she wasn't wearing a name badge.
