Had to have an eyesight retest at vision express high Chelmer Chelmsford after having a previous one at a competitors which led me to walking out in disgust at the treatment I was given. I must say that at vision express from the time i asked for an appointment to the rapid response given in retesting and overall care I was given was exceptionaly first class. I would like to pass on my grateful thanks to Nazneen Mulak the optomerist, Lottie the assistant manager and also the general manager Nigel who initiated the complete visit at a moments notice.
