I went to Vision Express Bexleyheath today. My husband has been a customer for years but I have only been to Boots Opticians up till now. So dissatisfied dissapointed with Boots I changed and what a utterly wonderful experience.
I was looked after by Reetiha who was attentive caring and listened.
Optometrists name Dipak Chawda who was highly professional and very thorough.
Excellent service that I’ve never experienced before.
10 out of 10 ... and a huge thank you to all the staff that were welcoming polite friendly and professional.
