I have returned to the Ruislip branch after my first visit 3 years ago and they did not fail to impress me again . They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and welcoming. The service that they provide is second to none and l have been buying glasses for over 30 years. They provide a very customer focused service and they spend time with you to make sure that the glasses are the right ones for you. I also know that if there is a problem afterwards that you can return and they will resolve the issues. They have identified problems with my eyes and provided a GP letter to enable the issues to be addressed before they become serious. A very special mention for Michael - he is a excellent ambassador for the Vision Express organisation - nothing is too much for him and l know that with his experience that he has helped me make the right choices for me - a big thank you to Michael
