Ordered two sets of glasses (Meadowhall Store): quoted 7 -10 days for collection. After 10 days called store - told not ready for collection. After 14 days called store - told not ready for collection. After 17 days called store - rudely told not ready for collection. Appalled by my treatment I asked to speak to the store Manager - told they were on holiday. Asked to speak to Manager's deputy - told not available. Asked to speak to anyone in charge - told no one was in charge. Asked for Vision Express customer service number. Told they didn't know it. I googled it and complained to Customer Service. Eventually told it would be three weeks before my glasses were ready. Complained to CEO about rude service. Won't be going to this firm again.
